PAST TOURNAMENT WINNERS

Below is an abbreviated version of the club rules.  A full copy can be obtained from the secretary.

 

Access to the clubhouse

1) Junior members and children may only enter the clubhouse if there is a senior member present

2) Senior members are responsible for the conduct of the juniors and for ensuring that the clubhouse is left clean, tidy and LOCKED

3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should senior members make the padlock code available to juniors

 

Dress

1) Trainers which mark the courts are not permitted

2) Players should be correctly dressed in predominantly white tennis attire.

 

Visitors Fees

1) The visitors fee is £2 for an adult and £1 for a junior per visit.

2) A member is entitled to bring the same visitor on 3 occasions only. The guest then can't be invited by other members to play at other times at the club

3) The member bringing the visitor must enter details in the visitors book and to pay the fee to the treasurer as soon as possible.

 

Tennis Balls

Club tennis balls cannot be used away from the club (either new or used)

 

Committee

The committee consists of up to 9 members, all elected at the AGM which must take place before 30th April each year, with 7 days notice to members.
